I’ve written features, ad campaigns, brochures, front-of-the-book items, headlines, captions, daily deal copy, restaurant reviews, personal essays, blog posts, SEO-driven content, and just about everything else. I’ve collaborated on influencer campaigns, content campaigns, and more. My book, Justice at Guantanamo: One Woman’s Odyssey and Her Crusade for Human Rights, co-authored with attorney Kristine Huskey, was published in 2009. I also wrote a coffee table book about Charleston, S.C. in 2014.
An accomplished editor and writer, I’ve written for print and digital publications for more than a dozen years, including narrative, service, and reported stories and packages, profiles, features, and more. I’m especially drawn to writing about food, travel, natural/organic/clean beauty, sustainability, gardening, parenting, and green living. (And often the intersection of several of those topics!)
